Once again, we have reached the end of the Entertainment Content Market in Cannes.
Bringing together buyers, sellers and potential business partners from around the globe, the market offers a platform for the globally renowned to the practically unknown to share their ideas and build relationships.
As the event’s country of honour, delegates from Japan offered an interesting insight into Japanese culture and trends in media. This included conferences with speakers from companies such as Sony, Mitsubishi and Tokyo Docs.
The rest of the show offered exciting new developments in content creation and production, including exploring new ways of capturing film that are in line with the fast-paced nature of the digital world – even making documentaries on smart phones!
What were we up to?
Our girls, however, were busy around town looking after the guests, making sure that they had nothing to worry about except for the business they had come to Cannes for. But there was still time for little treats, and some fun in town. The weather even brightened up for the week, which was an added bonus. And they did manage to dip into the Japanese spirit with a night of karaoke!
We hope all of our guests had a successful event, and we’ll be sure to see you all next year for more!
