To Book

You can book by getting in touch with one of the team on +44 208 891 2323 or email beds@zzz.co.uk Please just call us or drop us a line telling us which apartment or villa you would like to book and which dates you require. We will need your name and company name and full contact details.

Prices

The price depends on which apartment you would like to stay in and when you would like to stay. Simply give us a call on +44 208 891 2323 or send us an email to beds@zzz.co.uk and we can let you know the price.

The price is fully inclusive and always includes:

  • WIFI (if no WIFI is available we can provide 3G Internet Device pre-loaded with a data allowance)
  • Welcome Pack with all the essential groceries you need
  • Aromatherapy Associates toiletries
  • Linen, Towels and Final Clean
  • All Utility Bills and Taxes

The only other thing you will need to allow for is the security deposit to act as a guarantee against any damage or breakages during your stay.

Security Deposit

We take a security deposit to act as security for the owner against any damages which may occur during the rental. This is usually €650 for studios and one bedrooms and €1000 for bigger properties. Assuming there are no damages we will refund the security deposit to you within two weeks of the end of the rental period. This will be returned using the same method in which it was paid to us.

Payment

You can pay us by bank transfer or by credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card there will be a commission levied by the credit card company of 2.9%.

Booking Confirmation

To confirm your booking you need to pay 50% of the price as a non-refundable booking deposit. Ten weeks before your stay, you need to pay the balance owing plus the fully refundable security deposit.

Check-In information

A few weeks before the start of your rental we will send you a link where you can fill in all your information about your arrival. Once we have this information we can send you a letter with everything you need to know about what to do and who to contact on arrival.

To ensure one of the team is able to meet you as you arrive at your accommodation we will need the following information from you.

  • Names and mobile telephone numbers of each guest
  • Flight arrival/departure details – flight number and time of arrival/departure
  • Arrival airport or train station if arriving by Train
  • The way you would like the beds made up if there is a choice available

Cancellation

Cancellation ten weeks or more before arrival will result in the loss of the 50% booking deposit.

Cancellations within 10 weeks will result in total loss of payment unless a replacement booking can be found. In such cases the final balance (50%) will be refundable.
