This spacious four bedroom, four bathroom apartment with sea views has been completely renovated. It is located on rue Edith Cavel and is just six minutes walk to the Palais des Festival. It is in a traditional bourgeois building on the second floor with both stair and lift access. Located in a traditional bourgeois building it is spacious and bright with high ceilings and the owners have kept as many of the traditional features as possible.

There is a large L shaped open plan living area with an area for relaxed seating, formal dining for eight guests and an open plan kitchen. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with flat screen TV and WIFI. The open plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities for your stay including Nespresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

The four bedrooms all have double beds that can be set up as comfortable twins, three of which have full en-suite bath or shower rooms. There is another shower room situated close to the fourth bedroom. And there is a fifth guest WC.
