This modern three bedroom apartment is situated on rue Commandant André which is less than a five minute walk to the Palais. The apartment is on the third floor with lift and stair access.

There is an open plan living space with a large sofa, coffee table, two arm chairs and TV with domestic satellite. There is a dining table which can seat up to eight people. French style doors open out onto the small balcony with a side sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities namely an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

There are three bedrooms, each with twin beds that can be set up as doubles. All bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms with wash hand basins and WC's. There is also a separate guest WC.
