Situated right by the Palais on the Boulevard de la Croisette, this two bedroom apartment on the sixth floor of a building is ideal for any stay in Cannes. The apartment building has both lift and stair access.

The living area is brightly lit from the large windows, which lead out onto a balcony with views over the Palais and the beaches. There is a comfortable seating area with sofa that can pull out into a sofa bed if necessary, and a large flat-screen TV.

The dining table has seating for six, and sits within view of the Palais outside.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and includes a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, as well as all other amenities needed. There is also a small breakfast bar with a couple of stools.
