About this accommodation

This three bedroom apartment is situated on rue Sergeant Bobillot and is only a ten minute walk to the Palais. It is a spacious with its own private terrace and the use of the communal swimming pool.

The living room had a large double sofa, coffee table, TV and dining table able to seat six people. It opens out onto the terrace where there is a table, chairs and two sun loungers. This living area leads into the open plan kitchen which is well equipped with all the usual appliances, including a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine.

The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with a bath, toilet and sink. The two other bedrooms both have double beds that can be made into twins if required, one of them opens out onto the terrace and all of the bedrooms have plenty of storage space. There is another shower room with a shower and a separate guest WC.

The apartment also benefits from air conditioning and WIFI throughout.
