This two bedroom apartment, with balcony and sea views, is on the fourth floor of an imposing traditional French building in a prime location - directly on La Croisette. The apartment measures 105 m² – it is possible to entertain up to 40 – 50 people in the apartment.

The large living area opens out onto the balcony and the ideal place for entertaining guests. There is a table and four chairs, relaxed seating area with two sofas and an easy chair. There is also a large desk which could also act as a meeting or dining table for six to eight people. There is a flat screen TV, WiFi access and the apartment is air conditioned throughout.

There is a three metre by one metre balcony with table and chairs and there are four floor to ceiling French doors. It is allowed to hang advertising banners on the balcony which will be visible from the Croisette.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with a hob, grill, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry area outside the apartment.

Both bedrooms can be set up as either doubles or twins and each have en-suite shower rooms with double basins and toilets. The master bedroom also benefits from a second flat screen TV. There is also a separate guest toilet.
