This bright, contemporary apartment is located on Avenue Beausejour, just outside the Banane but only a 15 minute walk to the Palais. It is on the seventh floor with lift access.

The living area combines the lounge, dining area, and kitchen and is very tastefully decorated. The lounge area has two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double sofa bed if required, and a coffee table. The dining area has a dining table with seating for four. There is also a flat screen TV. The kitchen is sleek and modern, and is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, and fridge/ freezer. Glass sliding doors along one side of the room provide access to the well sized west-facing terrace.

The master bedroom has a double bed, large cupboards, and a second flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a double sofabed, and also has plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms have direct access to the second east-facing terrace. There is one shower room in the apartment. It has a large shower and double sink. The WC is separate.

The apartment also benefits from WiFi and air con throughout.
